Oregano Oil: A Natural Antibiotic

Plus, you can also drink the oil directly, this will boost your immune system. However, you need to dilute the oil first. Simply add 3-4 drops of the oil to a glass of water and drink the glass 2-3 times in the day, especially before mealtimes. Doing this will also treat bad breath as the oil kills the odor producing bacteria in the mouth so that your Mouth can smell fresh once more.
